These Terms govern your use of the AusTax Receipts app ("the App") provided by

The developer of AusTax Receipts (ABN 59 538 583 378). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Not tax or financial advice

AusTax Receipts is a tool to help you organise and store receipts and expense

records. It does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice. Category

suggestions and deduction calculations are estimates only. You are responsible for the

accuracy of your records and your tax return. Always consult a registered tax agent

for advice specific to your circumstances. Deduction eligibility and ATO rates may

change; verify current rules at ato.gov.au.

annual ($19.99/year) or monthly ($3.99/month) plan (prices may vary by region

and are shown in-app at purchase).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours

before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within

24 hours prior to the end of the period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
The free plan stores up to 7 receipts and excludes export features.

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups

(via the in-app Export Backup feature). We are not liable for data lost due to device

loss, App deletion, or failure to back up.

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent

permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable), we are not

liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in

these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
