The developer of AusTax Receipts (ABN 59 538 583 378) ("we", "us") operates the AusTax Receipts
mobile application ("the App"). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
AusTax Receipts is designed to be private. **Your receipts, photos, and trip data
stay on your device.** We do not run servers that collect, store, or sell your data.
The App stores the following locally on your device only:
This data is never transmitted to us. If you delete the App, this data is removed
with it (unless you have exported a backup yourself).
If you use "Export Backup", the App creates a file and hands it to the iOS share
sheet. Where that file goes (iCloud Drive, Files, email, etc.) is your choice and is
governed by that service's privacy policy, not ours.
The App requests camera and photo-library access solely so you can attach receipt
images. Images are processed on your device and stored locally. We do not upload them.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your
payment details. Subscription status is managed via Apple and our payment provider
RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and your subscription status to
unlock features — it does not receive your receipts or personal financial data.

The App does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not
collect personal information for marketing.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Because data lives on your device, you control it. You can delete all data at any time
via Settings → Delete All Data, or by deleting the App.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated"
date above.
